Build your skills with free railroad familiarization courses for community emergency responders.

BNSF ON-SITE COMMUNITY TRAINING

As a member of Transportation Community Awareness and Emergency Response (TransCAER®), BNSF provides a no-cost railroad hazardous materials familiarization course for community emergency responders. This four-hour course uses a combination of classroom and hands-on modules.

Training is conducted at the location of your choice, with a minimum of 20 participants.

The following GIS link will help you understand the railroad network through your area.  Please ensure before requesting training,  BNSF tracks run through or near your location.
